Have regular bubble baths, taking a book with you. It might not seem like it lends itself to getting more done, but surely by being happier you'll get more done! :)

Take a time out & do something that made you happy as a child … build a sandcastle, go trampolining, play frisbee (if you don't have a friend or a dog then a boomerang may be more suitable), paint a picture (& stick it on your fridge to admire your achievement!), bake cakes, play on a swing, fly a kite or whack a swingball. You'll feel happier in no time :D x

Don't constantly compare yourself to others – there will always be someone who is cleverer/richer/better looking.  Just be the best version of yourself!

Make a "To Do" list. Anything still left on it after a month probably doesn't need done, so burn the list . . .

Always live life for the memories – the fun and happy times.  If they are not there you need to create them not wait for them to happen.  Enjoy the people around you and remember all problems can be resolved – so when getting dressed in the morning remember that smile too, no point in brushing those white pearly teeth if your not going to show them off.
